We sell through Amazon and other online marketplaces. Your order is placed and paid for on the marketplace, so the marketplace’s own delivery options and buyer protections also apply.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown on each product listing. We aim to dispatch orders promptly after they are placed. If an order is delayed, contact us and we will help.
Returns & refunds
If you are a consumer buying online, you can usually cancel an order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Faulty or incorrectly described items can be returned under your statutory rights, and we will arrange a refund, repair or replacement as the law requires.
Please check that a part fits your vehicle before fitting it. Fitted or used parts may not be returnable unless faulty.
